When enabled, the physical-paper outline, field boxes, and Y-anchor lines appear in both the preview and printout.

A4 driver mode: select A4 with Landscape orientation, Margins: None, and Scale: 100% / Actual size.
Turn off headers, footers, and “Fit to page.”

Fixed field coordinates — generated directly from FIELD_DEFS. Widths preserve the established right-side clearances.
